Primary Responsibilities :
- IT Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in line with business objectives.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improving infrastructure and business efficiency.
- Systems & Network Management:
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, and networks.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
- ERP & Business Applications:
- Manage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ginesys. Tally, or in-house ERP) to ensure smooth operation.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for ERP customization and upgrades.
- Cybersecurity:
- Implement and manage security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
- Monitor potential security threats and respond to incidents promptly.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Lead the IT support team in resolving hardware and software issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users across departments.
- Vendor & Budget Management:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and operations.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure IT systems are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain documentation of IT policies, procedures, and infrastructure.
Experience Requirements:
Required Experience:
- 7–10 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or luxury industry preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
