Primary Responsibilities :

1. Strategy & Business Planning

  • Develop and execute the overall 3PL business strategy and growth roadmap.
  • Identify new business opportunities across industries, geographies, and service offerings.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for warehousing and integrated logistics solutions.
  • Drive warehouse network expansion and distribution models.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and evolving customer requirements.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Build and manage enterprise client relationships and key accounts.
  • Lead RFQs, tenders, and large-value deal closures.
  • Develop pricing strategies and commercial models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized logistics solutions.
  • Expand existing customer accounts and build long-term partnerships.

3. Solution Design & Supply Chain Engineering

  • Design end-to-end supply chain solutions, including:
    • Warehouse Layout & Capacity Planning
    • Inventory Flow Design
    • Distribution Network Planning
    • Integrated 3PL Solutions
  • Coordinate with Operations and Transport teams to implement scalable solutions.
  • Lead costing, optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales with innovative logistics solutions.

4. Operations Governance

  • Oversee warehouse and logistics operations at a strategic level.
  • Ensure SLA and KPI compliance, including:
    • OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
    • Inventory Accuracy
    • Turnaround Time (TAT)
    • Service Quality
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor transport performance through internal teams.
  • Handle customer escalations and conduct regular service reviews.

5. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead Sales, Solutioning, and Operations leadership teams.
  • Build a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Set departmental goals and monitor team performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Transport, and other functional leaders.
  • Drive employee development, coaching, and succession planning.

6. Performance Management

  • Own business profitability and P&L.
  • Drive cost optimization and margin improvement.
  • Monitor key business metrics, including:
    • Revenue Growth
    • Gross Margin
    • Client Acquisition
    • Customer Retention
    • Operational Efficiency
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in:
