Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers for:
- Air Freight
- Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL)
- Customs Clearance
- Contract Logistics
- Warehousing & Distribution
- Multimodal Transportation
- Technology-enabled Supply Chain Solutions
- Develop and execute territory sales plans.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market mapping, and industry events.
- Achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Exporters
- Importers
- Manufacturers
- Supply Chain Decision Makers
- Conduct client meetings and business reviews.
- Deliver solution presentations.
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
3. Sales & Commercial Management
- Prepare:
- Quotations
- RFQs
- Pricing Proposals
- Service Contracts
- Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Monitor shipment volumes, margins, and customer profitability.
- Build and lead the sales team in the assigned location.
