Primary Responsibilities :

Lead Management

 

* Manage the complete lead lifecycle from enquiry to closure.

* Ensure every lead receives timely follow-ups and proper documentation.

* Monitor CRM hygiene, lead allocation, task completion, and follow-up compliance.

* Improve lead conversion through operational excellence.

* Track response time and identify bottlenecks.

 

Operations & Delivery

 

* Oversee day-to-day delivery operations across projects and departments.

* Ensure commitments made to clients are delivered on time.

* Coordinate between Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and Management.

* Maintain SOPs and continuously improve operational processes.

* Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues proactively.

 

Leadership & Team Management

 

* Lead and mentor operations executives.

* Conduct daily review meetings and weekly performance reviews.

* Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

* Train team members on processes and operational best practices.

 

Revenue & Performance Management

 

* Work closely with management to achieve business and revenue goals.

* Monitor team productivity and operational KPIs.

* Track client satisfaction, retention, and project profitability.

* Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

* Identify operational gaps affecting revenue and recommend improvements.

 

Process & Quality

 

* Ensure CRM and internal systems are updated accurately.

* Maintain documentation and reporting standards.

* Conduct operational audits to improve efficiency.

* Drive automation and AI adoption wherever possible.

Experience Requirements:

* 3–6 years of Operations or Project Management experience.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Experience handling CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is an advantage).

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.

 

Preferred Experience

 

* Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Recruitment, Digital Marketing, or AI-based businesses.

* Experience managing lead management teams and delivery operations.

* Exposure to KPI-driven environments.
