Primary Responsibilities :
Household & Guest Services
- Provide personalized hospitality and assistance to family members and guests.
- Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments with professional etiquette.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, travel arrangements, and family events.
Household Management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, drivers, and domestic staff.
- Manage pantry operations, household inventory, and supplies.
- Supervise household maintenance and coordinate with external vendors.
- Ensure the residence is clean, organized, and maintained to premium standards.
Administration & Support
- Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the household.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Support family requirements with flexibility and discretion.
Experience Requirements:
- raduate preferred.
- Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 5–10 years of experience as a Butler, Steward, or Household Manager.
- Experience working with HNI/UHNI families or luxury hotels/private residences is preferred.
