Primary Responsibilities :

Export Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve export order booking targets for boilers and project-based solutions.
  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand business across APAC markets.
  • Identify and enter new countries, industries, and market segments.
  • Generate new business opportunities through direct sales and channel partners.

Distributor & Channel Management

  • Develop and manage distributors, agents, and channel partners across international markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Strengthen partner networks to maximize market penetration.

Key Account Management

  • Manage relationships with international EPCs, consultants, and industrial buyers.
  • Conduct customer meetings and presentations to understand project requirements.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Tendering & Commercial Management

  • Lead tender preparation, bid management, and techno-commercial proposal submissions.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and finalize international orders.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams during proposal preparation.

Project Coordination

  • Work closely with engineering, logistics, and execution teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
  • Support customers throughout project execution.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop value-based sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • MBA in International Business or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

  • 12–15 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Capital Equipment Sales.
  • Proven experience selling boilers, industrial heating solutions, or capital equipment in international markets.
