Primary Responsibilities :
Export Sales & Business Development
- Achieve export order booking targets for boilers and project-based solutions.
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand business across APAC markets.
- Identify and enter new countries, industries, and market segments.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales and channel partners.
Distributor & Channel Management
- Develop and manage distributors, agents, and channel partners across international markets.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
- Strengthen partner networks to maximize market penetration.
Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with international EPCs, consultants, and industrial buyers.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations to understand project requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Tendering & Commercial Management
- Lead tender preparation, bid management, and techno-commercial proposal submissions.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and finalize international orders.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams during proposal preparation.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with engineering, logistics, and execution teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Support customers throughout project execution.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Develop value-based sales strategies to increase market share.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- MBA in International Business or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 12–15 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Capital Equipment Sales.
- Proven experience selling boilers, industrial heating solutions, or capital equipment in international markets.
