Primary Responsibilities :

Franchise Development

  • Develop and execute the national franchise expansion strategy.
  • Recruit and onboard franchisees at District and State levels.
  • Identify new franchise opportunities across India.
  • Build and scale a structured and profitable franchise network.

Business Development

  • Drive franchise sales and business growth.
  • Develop scalable franchise models and expansion plans.
  • Meet franchise acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with franchise partners.

Franchise Operations

  • Lead franchise onboarding, training, and support.
  • Monitor franchise performance and ensure operational excellence.
  • Implement standardized processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and mentor the franchise expansion team.
  • Set KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Develop strategies to improve franchise profitability and business performance.
  • Drive a performance-oriented and growth-focused culture.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and expansion plans.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Present expansion progress and strategic recommendations to management.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.

Experience Required

  • 8–15 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Expansion, or Retail Network Development.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Retail, Pharma, FMCG, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Proven track record in building and managing franchise networks.
