Primary Responsibilities :
Reservations & Ticketing
- Handle domestic and international flight reservations using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets as per airline policies.
- Create and manage PNRs, fare quotations, pricing, and travel itineraries.
- Ensure accurate booking, ticketing, and travel documentation.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams for smooth booking operations.
- Resolve customer queries related to reservations, ticketing, fares, and travel policies.
- Maintain booking records, transaction details, and operational reports.
- Monitor booking accuracy and ensure timely execution of travel requests.
Compliance & Reporting
- Stay updated on airline fare rules, ticketing regulations, and industry changes.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and travel industry standards.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Reservations & Ticketing.
- Experience in a Travel Agency, Tour Operator, or Airline Back Office preferred.
