Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development
- Generate new corporate business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Develop and manage existing corporate accounts.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Corporate Sales
- Handle the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Visit corporate clients to understand procurement and supply requirements.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with procurement teams, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and present customized business proposals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
- Manage key accounts and develop repeat business opportunities.
- Handle commercial negotiations and payment follow-ups.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor customer requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
- Update sales pipeline and business opportunities.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and sales forecasts.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
