Primary Responsibilities :
Design & Concept Development
- Design innovative and functional modular kitchen layouts.
- Develop creative concepts based on client requirements and current market trends.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D kitchen designs using professional design software.
- Recommend suitable materials, finishes, hardware, and appliances based on project requirements and budget.
- Ensure designs balance aesthetics, functionality, and practicality.
Client Consultation
- Understand customer requirements through consultations and site discussions.
- Present design concepts, layouts, material selections, and visual presentations.
- Incorporate client feedback and revise designs accordingly.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the design process.
Technical Design & Documentation
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, production drawings, and specifications.
- Create complete project documentation for manufacturing and installation.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with company standards.
- Verify and approve design documents before project execution.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Installation teams.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible for manufacturing.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely design submissions.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
Team Leadership
- Lead and guide the design team.
- Allocate work and monitor team productivity.
- Review and approve all designs prepared by junior designers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring whenever required.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of all design deliverables and documentation.
Market Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends.
- Research new materials, finishes, appliances, and technologies.
- Introduce innovative concepts to improve customer experience and project quality.
Experience Requirements:
Education
- Graduate in Interior Designing or related discipline.
