Primary Responsibilities :
. Product Promotion & Sales
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, retail chemists, and wholesale distributors.
- Conduct regular product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, stockists, and distributors.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and professional support.
- Develop long-term business relationships within the assigned territory.
3. Field Sales & Market Coverage
- Conduct daily field visits as per the planned route.
- Maintain daily call reports and visit records.
- Ensure maximum territory coverage and customer engagement.
4. Distribution & Stock Management
- Coordinate with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock levels at chemist outlets and resolve supply-related issues.
- Support distributors in increasing product reach within the territory.
5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the management.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
6. Promotional Activities
- Organize and support CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, doctor meetings, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and medical events as required.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, expenses, and daily reports.
- Submit periodic sales reports and market updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely documentation of field activities.
