Primary Responsibilities :
Conduct daily market visits as per assigned beat plans to maximize retailer coverage and sales opportunities.
Generate orders from existing retailers and ensure consistent product availability in the market.
Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market reach and distribution coverage.
Execute merchandising activities to improve product visibility, branding, and shelf placement.
Support collection activities by following up on outstanding payments and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends within the territory.
Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, collections, and market feedback.
Achieve monthly and periodic sales targets while contributing to territory growth and customer retention.
Experience Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in General Trade.
Proven experience in retailer management, order booking, and market development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with retailers and channel partners.
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and territory management.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
