Primary Responsibilities :
  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during onboarding and implementation phases.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Support to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Develop, standardize, and optimize onboarding processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Track implementation milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices.
  • Manage project documentation, implementation plans, and customer communication records.
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

  • Experience working directly with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience using CRM systems, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
