* Identify new business opportunities through railway tenders, procurement portals, and vendor registrations.
* Handle processes including documentation, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.
* Build strong relationships with railway officials, contractors, consultants, and procurement authorities.
* Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical specifications, compliance, and dispatch schedules.
* Track competition activities, market trends, and customer requirements within the railway industry.
* Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of customer concerns.
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
