Primary Responsibilities :
Develop and secure new business opportunities with Korean companies in India.
Manage relationships with Korean manufacturers, exporters, importers, and multinational corporations.
Promote freight forwarding services including air freight, ocean freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and end-to-end logistics solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and RFQ responses.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research and identify business opportunities within the Korean business community.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Attend networking events, industry forums, and business meetings to generate leads.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM systems.
Experience Requirements:
Korean national with fluency in Korean and English (mandatory).
3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sales.
Strong experience in inbound and outbound freight business.
Proven track record in business development and sales target achievement.
Knowledge of Tender Management and RFQ processes.
Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and travel across India for client meetings.
