Primary Responsibilities :
ï‚· University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
ï‚· Minimum of 15 years experience handling multiple Saudi Aramco Oil/Gas Projects
ï‚· Shall have overall responsibility to ensure smooth execution, fulfilling all client
requirements and completion of all Saudi Aramco oil/gas projects
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMO) is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the oil and gas or construction industries.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing Saudi Aramco-approved projects.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
Knowledge of Regulations:
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for safety and quality assurance.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to prepare and present comprehensive project reports.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Project Lifecycle Management:
- Experience in managing all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Cultural Competence:
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.
Willingness to Travel:
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
