Mandate Title: Outdoor Sales Executive (Male Only)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 2 – 5 Years (Freshers with strong aptitude considered)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities
Field Prospecting: Conduct regular daily field visits to clients and retailers within the Pune region to promote product lines and brand awareness.
Lead Generation: Actively identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the company's market footprint.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
Sales Pipeline Management: Perform rigorous follow-ups with potential leads to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Market Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports of client visits, feedback, and sales achievements.
Mandate Requirements
Education: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
Experience: 2 to 5 years in Field Sales or Marketing. However, freshers with exceptional communication skills and a "go-getter" attitude will be considered.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of Marathi is a significant advantage for the Pune market.
Gender: Male candidates only (due to extensive field travel requirements).
Logistics: Must possess a valid two-wheeler and license for daily field visits.
Key Competencies
Attitude: High energy levels, resilience, and a result-oriented mindset.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to deal with diverse retail personalities.
Behavior: Punctual, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
