Job Description: Manager – Retail Finance

Location: Kalol, Gandhinagar (Headquarters/Regional Office) Experience: 5+ Years Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Role Objective

We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Finance Manager to oversee our retail lending operations, credit assessments, and financial health within the region. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales and risk management, ensuring that retail finance products are disbursed efficiently while maintaining high portfolio quality.

 

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Retail Finance, Banking, or NBFC sectors (experience in Automotive or Consumer Durable finance is a plus).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA Finance or CA Inter preferred).

Skills: * Strong understanding of retail loan products and credit risk parameters.

Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel.

Sharp analytical skills with an eye for detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet month-end targets.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Analysis: Evaluate the creditworthiness of retail customers by analyzing financial statements, credit scores, and background verifications.

Loan Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end process of retail finance applications, from documentation and processing to disbursement.

Portfolio Monitoring: Track active accounts for timely repayments and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts to minimize NPAs (Non-Performing Assets).

Partner Relations: Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams to streamline financing options for customers.

Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions and documentation adhere to internal policies and statutory regulatory requirements.

Reporting: Prepare MIS reports on monthly disbursements, delinquency rates, and regional financial performance for senior management.
