🏛️ Mandate Title: Senior Architect
Mandate Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio in Corporate Offices or Commercial Fit-outs.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Professional registration/licensing with relevant architectural bodies is highly preferred.
Software Proficiency: * Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and SketchUp/3ds Max.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for high-end presentations.
Technical Knowledge: * Deep understanding of local building regulations, zoning laws, and safety codes.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and sustainable design principles.
Soft Skills: Exceptional spatial reasoning, aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to manage multiple complex design projects simultaneously.
Compensation & Location

Salary Package: Up to AED 15,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and portfolio quality).

Roles & Responsibility
Design Development: Create comprehensive architectural designs, including concept development, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for corporate and commercial projects.
Technical Documentation: Produce detailed working drawings, specifications, and construction documents that adhere to local building codes and international standards.
Project Leadership: Lead the architectural phase of projects, ensuring design integrity is maintained from inception through to site execution.
Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to integrate all technical systems into the architectural framework.
Client Interaction: Present design proposals and reports to clients, incorporating feedback while managing expectations regarding timelines and budgets.
Material Selection: Research and recommend sustainable and high-quality materials; prepare detailed material boards and finish schedules.
Site Supervision: Conduct periodic site visits to ensure that construction progress aligns with the approved architectural drawings and quality benchmarks.
