1. Role Summary
The District Relationship Manager is responsible for driving business penetration and maintaining stakeholder relationships at the district level. This is a front-line sales and relationship management role that involves identifying local opportunities, onboarding partners/clients, and ensuring consistent service delivery. The role requires a "go-getter" attitude and the ability to navigate local markets effectively.
3. Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
Option A: MBA (Freshers to 3 years experience). We welcome high-energy campus recruits.
Option B: Graduate (2 to 5 years of solid field sales/relationship experience).
Preferred Sectors: Banking/CASA, Telecom, FMCG, EdTech, or Payment Solutions (FinTech).
Key Skills:
Street Smartness: Ability to build rapport with local business owners and influencers.
Local Language: Proficiency in the local language of the city (e.g., Hindi for Lucknow/Indore/Dehradun; Marathi/Hindi for Mumbai) is mandatory.
Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license, as the role involves extensive local travel.
Resilience: A high degree of persistence to handle field-level challenges and "cold" starts.

2. Key Responsibilities
Market Execution & Acquisition
Identify and onboard new channel partners, retailers, or institutional clients within the assigned district.
Execute local marketing activities and BTL (Below-the-Line) activations to drive brand awareness.
Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
Relationship Management & Retention
Act as the first point of contact for all district-level partners/clients.
Resolve operational issues and grievances promptly to ensure high partner satisfaction.
Conduct regular training sessions for partners to keep them updated on products and processes.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of daily visits and lead pipelines in the CRM.
Provide ground-level feedback to the Area Relationship Manager (ARM) regarding competitor pricing and local market shifts.
Ensure 100% compliance with company documentation and collection processes.
