You will work directly with the leadership team, gaining immersive exposure to client psychology, high-value sales, system design, and project execution. This role is ideal for someone looking to learn the intricacies of business operations within the premium audio-visual and home automation sector.
Role Details
Location: Pune, India
Compensation: ₹35,000/month (Fixed) + Performance-based Incentives
Type: Full-time Trainee / Internship
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Conduct and assist in premium product demonstrations (home theaters, high-fidelity stereo systems, and automation).
Solution Design: Participate in discussions to understand client needs and contribute to building customized technical solutions.
Project Management: Support the lifecycle of a project from initial concept to final site completion.
Operational Support: Prepare professional proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and client presentations.
Site Coordination: Attend site visits and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
Strategic Shadowing: Attend client meetings and deal closures alongside the founder to learn high-ticket sales strategies.

Agility: Ability to move fast in a dynamic environment and comfort with both office-based tasks and on-site coordination.
Background: Prior exposure to AV technology or smart home tech is a plus, but not mandatory.
