Job Title: Recording Faculty / Digital Content Educator

Location: [Specify City/Studio-based or Remote]

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and screen presence)

Experience: 3 – 8 Years (Teaching + Digital Content experience preferred)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Recording Faculty to become the face of our digital learning programs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality video lectures that simplify complex concepts into engaging, digestible content. This role is perfect for an educator who excels at storytelling and is comfortable in front of a camera/green screen.

Strategic Filtering for Your Portal

Since this is a high-budget role on your Mandate Dashboard, use these screening criteria to ensure "Quality over Quantity":

The Demo Video (Mandatory): Do not interview any candidate without a 3-5 minute demo video. This is the only way to judge "Screen Presence" and "Voice Modulation."

The "Stickiness" Factor: Ask for metrics from their previous work—e.g., "What was the average watch-time or student rating for your last course?"

Salary Justification: * 50k - 70k: Solid subject knowledge + basic recording experience.

80k - 1.2L: High-profile "Brand" teachers, those with a proven following (YouTube/Famous Coaching Centers), or experts in high-demand competitive exams (IIT-JEE, NEET, UPSC, CA).

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Lecture Delivery

Deliver high-energy, engaging video lessons across assigned modules.

Maintain a consistent and professional "on-camera" persona that resonates with students.

Use digital tools (Smartboards, Pen Tablets, AR/VR overlays) effectively during recordings.

2. Content Architecture & Scripting

Adapt traditional curriculum into "video-friendly" scripts and storyboards.

Collaborate with the production team to design visual aids, animations, and graphics that enhance learning.

Ensure all content is academically accurate and updated with the latest syllabus/exam patterns.

3. Pedagogy & Innovation

Develop innovative shortcuts, mnemonics, and problem-solving techniques to keep students engaged.

Participate in "Live Sessions" and webinars to address student doubts and build community.

4. Performance Analytics

Review student feedback and watch-time metrics to continuously improve the delivery style and content quality.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Education:

Education: Master’s degree or higher in the relevant subject (e.g., Mathematics, Science, UPSC/Competitive Exams, or Coding).

Digital Footprint: Previous experience with a YouTube channel, EdTech platform, or professional recording studio is highly desirable.

Key Attributes:

Screen Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain high energy without a live audience.

Clarity of Thought: Ability to break down "tough" topics into simple, relatable examples.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with studio equipment, teleprompters, and digital teaching boards.

Language: Fluency in English/Hindi (or the specific regional language required for the mandate).
