Job Description
• check and report any equipment problems to Area Manager
• Wastage control
• food serving quality control
• segregation of waiters in restaurant
• preparing Branch report of Sales to be on Daily, Weekly, Monthly
• control stock levels and ordering
• Plan the employee roaster & transportation and discuss with the Multi Branch
Manager
