The Requirements:
Strong preference for an MBA from a global (non-Indian) program, with an exception for the
Indian School of Business. Will consider Masters’ degrees from global (non-Indian) program.
At least three years of post-MBA work experience, including one year of managing people,
preferably in a location outside India
A team player, who can thrive in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment
Outstanding organizational abilities with a meticulous focus on detail
A responsive and engaged work-style, including the ability to respond to client communications within 24
hours
Maturity, polish and professionalism; the ability to listen and counsel
A desire to research and learn about different global MBA programs, along with an understanding of
post-MBA career options and tracks
Must be comfortable with cloud-based software and other technology tools including Microsoft Excel,
Word, Powerpoint
A smart phone with data connectivity and laptop with updated and licensed operating system,
productivity software and anti-virus tools
The ability and willingness to work from 10 to 6 Monday to Saturday; Saturdays are generally 2x/month
most of the year except from August to January, when weekly Saturday presence may be required
The flexibility to work extra/late/early/long hours during peak season – typically August through January

Primary Responsibilities :
We are seeking a Manager, MBA Consulting, with high energy, a positive attitude and a passion for mentoring
young people as they make higher education and career choices. Our Manager, MBA Consulting will manage
the MBA Consulting Service Line for our company and occasionally work one-on-one with applicants to develop
the most compelling application to global MBA programs.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Supervise and coordinate the MBA Consultants and Content Specialists in the MBA Service Line
Lead sales and screening of all MBA inquiries; Manage the CRM system for the service line
Conceptualize, develop, and execute operational strategies to streamline processes for the service line
As a Lead Consultant, provide end-to-end support to MBA applicants on all aspects of the application to
business school
Assist the market team with social media marketing including strategic planning and execution; assist
the internal operations team with data analysis
Maintain relations with admissions officers and current students and alumni of global business schools
The Manager, MBA Consulting, will oversee a team of MBA Consultants and Content Specialists, and will also
consult clients directly. Responsibilities of a Lead Consultant include:
All relevant and reasonable activity required to assist an applicant as they prepare for the global MBA
application process
Motivating an applicant through a demanding, prolonged application process
Understanding an applicant’s background and then counseling them on career/education goals
Conducting online research and suggesting programs/universities relevant to the applicant’s strengths
and goals
Creating and maintaining material development timelines
Engaging the applicant in a meaningful and realistic goal development exercise
Brainstorming story/content for essays, interviews and other application components
Overseeing resume edits (via the resume specialist)
Coordinating essay drafts including assessing relevance of content, expression and grammar. Must be
comfortable providing verbal and written feedback and inline suggestions
Reviewing an applicant’s recommendation letter strategy
Reviewing all written application materials, including but not limited to essays, application forms, and
resumes to ensure consistency and proof reading to ensure effective presentation
Conducting basic interview preparation
