Job Description:
- 1. To supervise all operational aspects of business across all QSR to accomplish allocated budgeted top-line with a focus on achieving higher sales and profitability.
2. Exploring New Service channel potentials and Build robust New store opening Process.
3. Establish effective systems & controls to ensure smooth operation stores in line with business objectives.
4. Conceptualizing and implementing Sales and Marketing (Company Tie-Ups and other promotional events etc.) plans in tune with the macro business plans, thereby achieving profitability.
5. Utilizing customer service skills and public relation skills to develop successful business and community relations
6 Building store leaders capability by conducting weekly / monthly Review.
7. Ensuring quality services, resulting in customer delight & optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality.
8. Motivating and mentoring staff, providing necessary tools to exceed company expectations.

- Develop and implement efficient operational strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Plan and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and effective workflows.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Process Optimization:
- Identify areas of inefficiency and implement process improvements to optimize operations.

Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage operational budgets and resources, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained without overstocking.
- Evaluate resource needs and optimize allocation across departments.
Quality Control and Compliance:
- Monitor quality control processes and ensure that operations meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations in all operational processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
- Ensure excellent customer service by overseeing the fulfillment of customer orders or services.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
