Sales Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and help streamline day-to-day activities.
- Prepare and manage sales reports, quotations, and proposals for customers.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, such as logistics, procurement, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Order Processing:
- Handle and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, delivery schedules, and client details.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and sales data in the CRM system.
- Track the status of orders and update customers on delivery timelines or any delays.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong communication with clients to resolve any queries or concerns related to sales, orders, or product delivery.
- Support the sales team in managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing client feedback and ensuring that it is addressed promptly.
Sales Data & Reporting:
- Track sales performance and report key metrics to the sales manager, including sales targets, revenue, and pipeline progress.
- Assist with preparing periodic sales forecasts and analysis reports.
- Maintain up-to-date records of potential leads and sales opportunities, ensuring they are followed up by the sales team.
Sales Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate meetings, events, and trade shows for the sales team.
- Ensure smooth internal communication between sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Follow up with clients and prospects to confirm details, answer questions, and ensure everything is in order before product delivery or service implementation.
Inventory and Stock Management:
- Keep track of inventory levels to ensure product availability and inform the team of stock levels.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Help coordinate stock transfers and resolve inventory-related issues.
Handling Invoices and Payments:
- Generate and process invoices for completed orders.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Follow up with clients on overdue payments.
Document Management:
- Maintain accurate documentation related to sales orders, contracts, quotations, and customer communications.
- Organize and store sales documents for easy retrieval and tracking.
