Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the company’s products and services are aligned to meet those needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets and quotas by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Work closely with marketing and other teams to generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that deliverables align with client expectations.
Market Research and Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Use networking, referrals, and cold outreach methods to generate new client opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies.
Sales Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline progress, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the sales support, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure client success.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services as promised to clients.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve products or services.
Client Retention and Upselling:
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure they are satisfied and continue using company products or services.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients where applicable.
- Ensure clients receive excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Contract Renewals and Account Management:
- Manage contract renewals and renegotiate terms as needed to retain clients.
- Maintain client accounts, ensuring that clients’ needs are met and relationships remain strong.
