Job Title/Position: Manager Vocational Training Centre
Department: Vocational Training
Detailed Work Profile:
- Continuous development and execution of the Educational Program at the Tong-Len Vocational Training Centre (VTC).
- Operational management of the VTC.
- Supervision and management of all VTC staff.
Experience Requirements:
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years to a maximum of 5 years of experience in vocational training.
Job Type:
- Onsite
Number of Openings:
- 1
Working Hours:
- 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday with every second Saturday off.
- Emergencies or special issues may require occasional/reasonable amounts of overtime work.
Job Location:
- Dharamshala, Sarah
Contract Duration:
- One year after completing a probation period of three months
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate mandatory with experience in vocational training.
- Postgraduate desirable.
Candidate Preference:
- Himachali candidates preferred
Communication Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
