Primary Responsibilities :
Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective induction programs
- Conduct Pre-joining Training in SMS, PSC, MARPOL, COSWP, Security, Navigation, pre-joining orientation, briefing
- Work closely with management to identify learning opportunities and develop appropriate training content to support company growth initiatives
- Monitor the company’s seafarer-related Competence Management System
- Assess the Company’s Career Development Initiative (CDI) / Command Partnership Scheme
- Monitor changes in statutory and regulatory training requirements to forecast training needs and ensure appropriate measures are implemented
Experience Requirements:
Training Manager
Location: Mumbai
Minimum Experience: 5 years in marine-related training, including training design and development.
Preferred Qualification: Master Mariner
Experience: Bulk Carrier/Tanker shipping experience preferred
Key Skills:
- Familiarity with Health, Safety, Environmental Protection, and Quality Policy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
