Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Non-IT positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic advice on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar recruitment role, specifically in Non-IT sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
