Position: Assistant Executive Grade II - P&A

Employment Type: Fixed Term Employment on ERDA Rolls initially for 3 Years
Location: Savli
- Oversee ERDA Building, Road Cleaning, and Campus (Savli) Housekeeping.
- Manage and develop the ERDA Savli Campus Gardening.
- Handle Drinking Water Facilities, Housekeeping Material Records, material issuance, daily housekeeping complaints/resolutions, follow-ups, Tour & Travel coordination, and pest control management.
- Ensure Contract Management Compliance for housekeeping, gardening, road cleaning, canteen; perform invoice checking, process bills for payment, RFQ evaluations, and indents.
- Manage tasks related to GIDC, VMS, communication facilities (Employee Mobile, SIM Cards), monthly payment of water charges, building, land taxes, shops, and establishments.
