Franchise Manager

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve franchise sales targets and profitability goals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure operational excellence and compliance with brand standards. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and advertising campaigns tailored to local markets, enhancing brand visibility and franchisee success. Oversee the franchise recruitment process, including candidate selection, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure a good fit with the brand’s culture and values. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges within the franchise network. Facilitate training programs for franchisees and their staff, covering operational procedures, customer service, and product knowledge to uphold quality standards. Manage the resolution of any operational or financial issues faced by franchisees, acting as a liaison between them and the corporate office to find effective solutions.
