To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store & Purchase Manager to join our team.   Position Overview: As a Store & Purchase Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our restaurant's supply chain. You will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing high-quality ingredients, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining optimal stock levels. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the restaurant industry, a strong understanding of Tally software, and proven experience in managing store and purchase functions.   Key Responsibilities:   Inventory Management: Implement and oversee effective inventory control measures to minimise waste and ensure optimal stock levels. Conduct regular stock assessments and reconcile discrepancies using Tally   Supplier Management: Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of quality Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable   Order Processing: Oversee the procurement process, from placing orders to coordinating Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to forecast demand and plan orders   Quality Control: Monitor the quality of incoming products and ensure they meet the restaurant's Address any quality issues promptly and collaborate with suppliers to resolve   Cost Management: Implement cost-saving measures without compromising Analyse pricing and market trends to identify opportunities for cost   What are we looking for?   Experience: Strong and proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant Proven track record of successful inventory and purchase Familiarity with Tally software is Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier Excellent analytical and problem-solving Proficient in using Tally software for inventory and financial Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day store and purchase operations   Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar is
