Primary Responsibilities :
1. Prepare and review export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, and
certificates of origin.
2. Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to gather
necessary documentation for export shipments.
3. Ensure compliance with export regulations, including but not limited to customs requirements, trade
restrictions, and documentation standards.
4. Verify accuracy and completeness of export documents to minimize delays and errors in customs
clearance processes.
5. Maintain organized records of all export documentation in accordance with company policies and
regulatory guidelines.
6. Stay updated on changes in export regulations and trade policies to ensure compliance and minimize
risks.
7. Assist in resolving documentationâ€related inquiries or disputesfrom customers,suppliers, or regulatory
authorities.
8. Prepare documents under L/C
9. Prepare certificate of origin
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation requirements, and international trade
regulations.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience Requirements:
1â€2 years of experience in export documentation or related roles.
