Primary Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership:
o Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve individual and
team sales targets.
o Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer
service skills, and sales techniques.
2. Sales Strategy:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market
share in the men's fashion retail segment.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for
growth and improvement.
3. Department Stores, Regional Multi Brand Stores & EBO’s Operations:
o Oversee day-to-day operations of LFS, RMBO’S & EBO’S and to ensure a seamless
and positive customer experience.
o Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to maintain
optimal stock levels.
4. Customer Service:
o Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring that all team members provide
exceptional customer service.
o Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer
satisfaction.
5. Visual Merchandising:
o Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that the layout and
displays align with brand guidelines and attract customers.
6. Performance Analysis:
o Regularly analyze sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and
other relevant metrics.
o Develop action plans to address areas of improvement and capitalize on
strengths.
7. Budget Management:
o Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to the budgetary guidelines.
8. Market Expansion:
o Identify opportunities for new store openings or expansions within the
designated area.
o Work with the senior management team to develop and execute plans for market growth.

Experience Requirements:
