• Coordinating with Buyers / Vendors A minimum of 4 year UG degree in Fashion design from NIFT,PEARL or any other reputed institute

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Fashion Design and Garment Management Specialist will be responsible for:

• Developing and designing new fashion collections based on market trends and customer needs
• Creating sketches, patterns, and sample garments
• Collaborating with manufacturers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality control and timely delivery of products
• Managing the production process, from sourcing fabrics and materials to overseeing the final product
• Ensuring that all garments are produced according to established design and quality standards
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to ensure that the company's products remain competitive
• Developing and managing budgets and timelines for fashion collections
• Training and mentoring junior team members in fashion design and garment management

  *Creating production sketches for development packages.
  *Collaborating with technical designers to ensure development packages are accurate.
