Sales Executive
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Riyadh/ Al Khobar
Basic Functions and Responsibilities
1. Greets guests as they enter the shop, ask whether they would like assistance with
anything and provide help if needed in a friendly, hospitable and efficient manner
2. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product
knowledge
3. Remain knowledgeable about merchandise, sales, promotions and store policy and
answer all related inquiries
4. Provide recommendations based on customer’s stated preferences, needs and desires
5. Provides outstanding customer service
6. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records
7. Manages financial transactions
8. Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other
credit and debit cards.
9. Accountable and accurate in reconciling receipts
10. Alerts management of potential security issues
11. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
12. Straighten, arrange, stock and dust off merchandise, maintain shelving areas as directed
by management and participate in the designing of displays in windows and on tables
13. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future
merchandise of potential interest
14. Resolving customer issues and disputes
15. Preparing basic opening and closing reports
16. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Minimum Qualification
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required (Degree or experience in
Marketing or related field is a plus)
2. At least 1 year retail experience
3. Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies
4. Excellent verbal communication skills
5. Proficient in verbal and written English language
6. Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
7. Outstanding customer service skills
8. Ability to work a flexible schedule
9. Familiarity with basic business and sales principles
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing stressful environment
11. Great collaboration and teamwork abilities
12. Great leadership and goal-setting skills
