11. Description:
· Requesting 7/12 extracts and mutation entries from Talathi office or any other documents from Talathi office related to land records.
· Requesting documents to Tahsildar office which contain land records.
· Handling all legal & revenue matters relating to Talathi, Circle, Tahsildar, SDO.
· E-Search and offline search of the land records relating to acquisition of the land.
· Appear before the JDR, DIG, IGR offices.
· Liaisoning with government authority for approvals, liaisoning with PWD Dept. MSEB or any other Govt. authority for approvals and land clearance.
· Liaisoning with TILR officer of TILR survey of the land and any other related work.
· RTI application in all Govt. offices and follow up the same for any document.
· Liaisoning with Municipal corporation’s officer for sanctioning of project i.e Liaisoning with officers of Town Planning , P.W.D, Water, Drainage for Certificates and NOC’s.
· Mantralaya Urban Development Department and Agriculture Department.
· Liaisoning with Police Authorities like P.I, Sr. P.I, ACP, DCP etc.
· Candidate should know to drive a two wheeler vehicle.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a liaison, communication, or public relations role.
- Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in drafting reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and community organizations.
