Education & Experience:

• Proven experience as a commie chef or in a similar role in an Indian kitchen.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Indian cooking techniques and various cuisines (North Indian, South Indian, etc.).
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes.
• Ensure that food is prepared according to recipe specifications and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during meal service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in food cost control.
