JOB DESCRIPTION

 

• In charge & Overall responsible to lead the 'Structure Design Department'.
• Knowledge of working on PLS-Pole (Mast Module), PLS Tower and PLS-CADD software for design of different structures or configurations wrt Transmission Line voltage level and/or different loading conditions.
• Can handle the team of 5-6 Designers/Jr. Designers.
• Knowledge of Modular Structure Design by Manual Calculations & Software I Engineering Calculations wrt TS I SAG Tension & Load Calculations wrt Diff KV TL for Tower & Mast Structure I Design Trials on PLS Pole I GA Drawing I BOM Calculations etc.
• Participate in design reviews and prototype testing with Client / Licensor.
• Review and approve documentation for submission. Manufacturing Audit/Review for Designed Structures.
• Techno-Commercial knowhow to perform BD function for ERS Segment.
• Travelling in India & Overseas to perform Marketing & BD Functions. Collaborate with Marketing team to determine project requirements
• Help other departments wrt Design aspects for development of various other products utilized in Power Transmission, Substation segment or other Structural Infrastructure sector.
• R&D to optimize the ERS design provided by Licensor.
