Job description We are looking for agile, fit, professional, and enthusiastic Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors for our club to lead, instruct and motivate our members during group classes including cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching. They need to work with people of all ages and fitness levels.The right candidate will be trained for Group Fitness Classes by us itself.Responsibilities and DutiesShould be communicative with a pleasant, confident, and outgoing personality.Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines. Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitnessGive alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness.Monitor client's progress, adapt programs as needed, and customize workout plans.Should be flexible towards working in straight or split shifts.Should have a pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.Should be self-motivated and with an aptitude to follow team leaders' instructions and guidelines.Will be responsible for upselling Personal Training and achieving the monthly targets set.
