Primary Responsibilities :
Role Description
The Associate Director of Operations will lead all activities toward achieving business goals of the organization and report to the the leadership team. S/He will be responsible to drive operational excellence and high output. The candidate will also assess team member performance using metrics and data, motivate and lead team to achieve their full potential, and maintain a solid talent pipeline. If driving a huge machinery of 6000+ students, 700+ mentors, 200+ lecturers with a six sigma proficiency seems like an achievable task, this role is for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Creating processes & mechanisms for all business objectives
- Collaborate with product team to develop scalable features & reduce manual efforts
- Hire exceptional talent, nurture teams and create a culture of result driven action oriented work
Experience Requirements:
KEY SKILLS
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree Tier 1 colleges would be preferable
- Experience of building and leading teams
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including process design, customer success, data analysis, product design and employee management
- Candidates with strong experience with top-tier Start-up firms preferred. Experience in Ed-tech industry preferred.
- Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving customers.
