Primary Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other drinks.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
Maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and proper presentation.
Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the team for timely replenishment.
Handle cash, card payments, and billing accurately.
Follow responsible alcohol-serving practices and all applicable safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally.
Coordinate with restaurant and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barman, Bartender, or in a similar hospitality role.
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation techniques.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple orders efficiently.
Good hygiene, organisation, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
