Primary Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, and specialty coffees.
Demonstrate expertise in espresso-based beverages, coffee brewing techniques, and latte art.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage preparation equipment.
Ensure consistency in coffee taste, quality, presentation, and serving standards.
Develop new coffee recipes, signature beverages, and seasonal drink menus.
Understand different coffee beans, blends, roasting profiles, and brewing methods.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
Manage coffee ingredients, milk, syrups, and other beverage inventory.
Ensure excellent customer service and recommend beverages based on customer preferences.
Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the beverage section.
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, coffee shop, or similar setup.
Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee brewing techniques.
Expertise in latte art and milk steaming techniques.
Hands-on experience operating professional espresso machines and coffee grinders.
Knowledge of different coffee beans, blends, and brewing methods.
Ability to develop and prepare specialty coffee and innovative beverages.
Good understanding of beverage presentation, hygiene, and quality standards.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about coffee.
Candidates based in Lucknow will be preferred.
