Primary Responsibilities :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Instruct students in practical and simulator training strictly adhering to the applicable
Training and Safety Standards, CAE Quality standards and/or other company directives
2 Monitor, plan and assist students to enable satisfactory progress through the course and
stay within established timelines; timely and pro-active reporting and action to prevent
delays and unsatisfactory progress
3 Promotes safe behavior at all times and complies in behavior and execution with the Safety
Management System; ensures all students understand and practice all aspects of the CGA
Safety Management System
4 Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all student and flight related
administration and records including planning for examinations
5 ‘Teaching by example’ by behaving as an exemplary role model to students promoting
professional, disciplined and safe behavior
6 Monitor technical and internal status and cleanliness of all the aircraft concerned and report
discrepancies to the responsible people
7 Attends administrative, standardization and instructor development meetings and in-service
training as assigned; also attends open days and trade shows as requested
8 Identify and initiate improvements for practical instruction and Training Standards and work
with responsible people to constantly improve safety and quality levels
Desired Skills:
More than 1200 hours experience.
ï‚· Previous experience as trainer/supervisor or teacher is an advantage
Experience Requirements:
EDUCATION REQUIRED
ï‚· Current Commercial Pilot License
ï‚· Flight Instructor rating.
ï‚· Dy. Chief Flying Instructor/Chief Flying Instructor approval from DGCA will be added advantage.
ï‚· No aircraft accident or aviation violation convictions
