Primary Responsibilities :
Meet with customers to understand their requirements and maintain strong business relationships.
Handle price negotiations with customers and support sales closure.
Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
Manage leads, track follow-ups, and maintain an updated lead database.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and related documentation.
Handle product pricing and assist in pricing analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain customer records and sales-related data using MS Excel.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal reviews and customer meetings.
Experience Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Industry: Automobile or Plastic Industry.
Technical Skills: MS Excel, product pricing, quotation preparation, sales reporting, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Added Advantage: Previous experience working with a Japanese company.
Key Competencies: Customer handling, negotiation, lead management, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
