Primary Responsibilities :
Modelling & Documentation
• Develop, manage and maintain detailed 2D/3D Electrical BIM models in Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare and update electrical, mechanical, plumbing, construction, coordination and as-built drawings.
• Manage scan-to-BIM, point-cloud alignment and as-built modelling where required.
Coordination & Quality
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Identify, track and resolve coordination issues through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360).
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural and other engineering disciplines.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality and compliance with project and BIM standards.
Delivery & Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor junior team members; allocate tasks, manage workloads and monitor progress.
• Independently prioritise assigned tasks and ensure on-time delivery against deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation, model revisions and BIM deliverables in line with established workflows.
• Work with project and engineering teams to resolve technical and modelling issues.
Experience Requirements:
• 4+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and electrical projects.
• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Practical experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360).
• Prior team-leading experience, with the ability to guide junior members and coordinate modelling activities.
• Strong managerial skills: task allocation, workload management, progress monitoring and deadline management.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings and BIM coordination workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
