Primary Responsibilities :
• Develop application drawings and engineering solutions for customer projects.
• Prepare formwork, scaffolding, and shoring layouts based on project requirements.
• Provide technical support to sales, project execution, and customers.
• Conduct site visits to understand application challenges and recommend suitable
solutions.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Coordinate with the Design, Structural Engineering, Prototype, and Testing teams.
• Prepare method statements, assembly guides, technical manuals, and application
notes.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training.
• Support prototype installations and field trials.
• Perform site audits to verify product performance and identify improvement
opportunities.
• Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices.
• Support product launches through customer and project implementation.
Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in formwork, scaffolding, temporary works, construction
engineering, or application engineering.
• Good understanding of RCC construction methodologies and temporary works
systems.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• MS Excel

Strong knowledge of:
• Formwork systems
