Primary Responsibilities :
• Engineering & Design: Prepare structural design calculations, scheme drawings, and
assembly details for formwork and scaffolding systems to meet project requirements.
• Structural Analysis: Conduct structural calculations (load capacity, stability, stress) to
ensure all designs comply with relevant safety and industry standards.
• Drawings & Detailing: Create and review 2D/3D general arrangement (GA) drawings,
shell plans, and fabrication details using CAD software.
• Site Coordination: Collaborate with site execution teams and clients to address
clashes, constraints, and custom formwork requirements.
• Material Optimization: Ensure designs are highly cost-effective and maximize the
reuse of existing formwork materials without compromising safety.
• Documentation: Prepare method statements, work procedures, and material lists.
Maintain strict ISO and company documentation standards.
• Codes & Standards: Familiarity with Indian or relevant International design codes.
Experience Requirements:
Required Qualification
BE Civil/Mechanical, M.tech Structure will add an advantage
Total Years of Experience
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in n formwork and scaffolding design or
temporary works engineering.
• Deep understanding of formwork systems (e.g., wall formwork, column formwork,
slab formwork, table forms) and various scaffolding types (cuplock, ringlock, frame
scaffolds).
• Strong spatial visualization and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication
skills for cross-departmental and client coordination. High attention to detail with a
strict focus on structural safety and budget control.
