Primary Responsibilities :
Carry out finishing carpentry and installation work for interior fit-out projects.
Install and adjust doors, door frames, architraves, skirting, wall panelling, partitions, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV units, shelves, and other joinery items.
Read basic drawings, take site measurements, and ensure accurate cutting, trimming, assembly, and fitting.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and quality finishing of installed items.
Perform edging, hardware fitting, touch-ups, and snag rectification.
Protect completed work from damage and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Coordinate with the site supervisor and joinery team to complete work within project timelines.
Experience Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant finishing carpentry or interior joinery experience preferred.
Education: Formal graduation is not mandatory; practical trade experience is essential.
Technical Qualification: ITI Carpenter or relevant carpentry, woodworking, or joinery training is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Expertise in finishing carpentry, accurate measurement, cutting, fitting, door installation, kitchen and wardrobe installation, wall panelling, skirting, and hardware fitting.
Drawing Skills: Ability to understand basic drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
Personal Attributes: Hardworking, punctual, reliable, physically fit, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
Communication: Hindi preferred; basic English is an advantage. Knowledge of Rajasthani is preferred where relevant.
Fresher: Not considered; experienced candidates preferred.
